Crest Services Customers Remain Highly Satisfied With Services at 97.5%

Member satisfaction at Crest Services remained at 97.5% for waiver year 2016.  This satisfaction based on 184 responses from our members.  Responses from our members centered around the great staff and the service provided.  This matches the highest percentage of satisfaction by our members.

Other stakeholders slipped by .5% to 89%, based on 124 responses.  Many changes have occurred in the delivery of services over the past 2 years, and Crest Services is very pleased that we can sustain this level of satisfaction.
 
These levels of satisfaction, are a direct result of the quality of staff providing the services, along with the longevity of staff with Crest.  Staff turnover at Crest was 35%, quite low in the field of serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and brain injury.
