Customer Satisfaction Levels Rise Again

Crest Services saw an increase in customer satisfaction among both the members we serve and other stakeholders.  Members served give Crest services a 97.5% satisfaction rating while stakeholders reported an 89% satisfaction.  In both cases, Crest Services saw an increase of over 3%.


Crest Services Receives 3-Year Certification

Crest Services in Iowa has received a 3-year certification following a State of Iowa certification review.  Crest Services has received the certification to continue serving members with Intellectual Disabilities and Brain Injury.  According to Jan Caldwell, Director of Crest Services, the 3-year certification, the longest time frame granted by the State, is “a reflection of the dedication and hard work of all the people who provide services on behalf of our members.”  The services provided by Crest Services include Respite, Daily Supported Community Living and Supported Community Living on an hourly basis.  The 3-year certification will continue through January 2017.
